First bbh Roundtable in 2023 – Leadership despite “day-to-day business
In our roundtable discussion before Easter, under the title “Leadership in spite of daily business – does leadership need to be given a higher priority again?”, we discussed how leadership can still be consciously practiced in the midst of demanding, issue-filled everyday life. Kirstin Seyboth (Schwäbisch Hall) started the discussion with our colleague Volker Abt. She gave an insight into a project of Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall and bbh consulting to realign the cooperation between business and IT and what role the topic of leadership and the further development of her management team played – especially in day-to-day business.
